Syttende Mai Celebration - Lubbock
This will be potluck style, as usual. For a main course there will be ham, but another substantial main dish would be lovely, if someone is motivated. The rest is up to all of you....... Plan to bring something tasty to share appetizer, side dish, salad, or dessert. Just please let me know what you will bring and how many in your family/group. It makes planning soooooo much easier! Vestlandet will have flatware, picnic supplies, etc.

Remember!!!!! Wear your favorite Norwegian flag t-shirt, or hair band, tie or what ever Norwegian flag item you have. If your roots are Danish, Swedish, Finnish or Icelandic, consider something with "your" heritage flag. Anything red, blue and/or white will work as well.
