Join us for a lefse making demonstration on Saturday, February 29th. After the demonstration we will have a group lefse making activity and a lunch of lefse with hotdogs, jam, cheese, etc. If you desire to take lefse home, please bring your desired amount of cold riced potatoes. We will mix the dough at the event. There is no fee for the class, however, donations will be accepted to help cover the cost of the event.
